The Gladesville Way
Gladesville Primary School is proud of the calm, orderly and purposeful learning environment we have created. This is achieved through our behaviour curriculum, The Gladesville Way, which explicitly teaches the routines, expectations and behaviours that help every student succeed.
Grounded in our school values of Respect, Kindness, Gratitude and Persistence, The Gladesville Way is reinforced through consistent engagement norms and high-quality classroom practice. Together, these approaches create a positive learning environment where every student feels safe, engaged and supported to thrive both academically and socially.
