Lighthouse Groups

​An integral part of our wellbeng program at Gladesville PS is LIghthouse Groups. These are multi-age small groups lead by adults (teachers and support staff) and Year 6 leaders. Groups meet each fortnight to participate in a wellbeing session, often in response to current school needs, or just to have fun together! Each group participates cooperatively in activities designed to build self-awareness, strengthen understanding and appreciation of others, and foster positive relationships..

The purpose of Lighthouse Groups is to help students build relationships across the school, connect with adults beyond their classroom teacher, and participate in activities that develop their understanding of values and important personal and social skills.
